Free Affiliates are paid a one time fee for referrals.

Affiliates that purchase a product are paid recurring income as long as the person or business that was referred continues to be a paid member. 

Payments are made on a quarterly basis to ensure that there were no chargebacks by the new member that was referred.  This keeps our business sustainable to avoid fraud and misuse and abuse of the affiliate program.
